ARTISAN Crusty Loaf - Keep at room temp.50-70 degrees wrapped in linen or paper bag with cut side down for a firm crust and soft inside crumb. ARTISAN Soft Crust/Spongy Loaf - Wrap in plastic for a longer life & keep at room temp. 50-70 degrees. TEA LOAF - Keep frozen until ready to eat thawed at room temp. May refrigerate 2 days after thawed. May stay at room temp. 50-70 degrees up 6-8 hours
Always store or place cut side down. It keeps the crumb on inside soft and tasty. Try to avoid refrigeration as it hastens drying out cut bread. If forced because of a very humid environment or time restraint, 1 day refrigeration gives a better texture than 2-3 days$0.000.00 USD
